Directions for Use

Gently massage over the skin. Apply your complimentary Perfect Night’s Sleep Pulse Point on the wrists, temples and behind the ears. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds to absorb the scent and create pre-sleep calm.
