We keep a record of some of the information you give us, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you may send us. We do this as it helps us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services. We do not pass on your details to any third party but may, from time to time, use your information for our own marketing purposes. We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order where we have incomplete order details or fraudulent activity is suspected.
British Baby Box reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
Out of Stock Items
We try our best to maintain stock availability, but occasionally we may sell out of an item and have to wait a short period of time for new stock to arrive. We will always endeavour to fulfil your order as promptly as possible.
Please note British Baby Box orders cannot be amended once order confirmation email has been sent. Please check your Shopping Cart contents before checking out and ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered.
Unless otherwise stated or arranged all items are sent by courier. We offer free UK delivery on all Adorable, Cherish, Treasure and Luxury Baby Box orders. All ofter items will have a flat rate of £2.99. We always aim to dispatch items ordered before 1pm on a next day delivery basis and tracking will be available on your order summary. In extremely busy periods please allow between 5-7 working days. If you need your item more urgently please contact us before placing your order.
It is vitally important to us for you to be completely happy with your British Baby Box. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Baby Box we would be happy to provide an exchange or refund. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 28 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. If for any reason you would like to return goods, please email us at email@example.com to obtain a return address. Please note customers to cover the cost of returns. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting form from the Post Office when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. With the exception of faulty goods return postage, packaging and insurance costs cannot be refunded. Any returns will be processed as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days.
The total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by British Baby Box.
